Plastic (PVC) doors are secure, solid and easy to maintain compared to wooden, metal and aluminium ones

It is very important to choose not only nice-looking doors, but also safe, solid and convenient ones. Plastic (PVC) doors possess all these qualities. Moreover, their cost is often less than that of wooden or aluminium ones. It is hard to differentiate between plastic (PVC), wooden and aluminium doors at first sight because their surface looks alike. The surface of plastic (PVC) doors can be made in different colours and textures. Furthermore, it is easier to take care of them and they do not need painting.

Heat insulation	They have better heat insulation properties than wooden or aluminium doors. Thermal conductivity of plastic (PVC) doors depends on their filling. Heat Saving

We manufacture plastic (PVC) doors which not only have high heat insulation and tightness properties. We mount additional seals at the corners of the bottom of the swing part of the plastic doors. The doors are surrounded with an air-tight seal. The threshold is furnished with a thermal interface; therefore, it prevents the inside of the home against frosting and dewing and does not deteriorate of the flooring. We install 3-point or 4-roll cabinets, with the swing part of their doors being easily adhering to the frame.

Strong and Deformation-Proof

The plastic (PVC) doors we manufacture are made of A class primary (non-processed) plastic profiles. They do not settle down, warp or deform. Their strength is ensured by closed-shape steel reinforcement. It is strengthened with special angles at the corners.

Safe

We manufacture plastic (PVC) doors of special shock-resistant hard plastic. The door hinges are protected against dismantling because they are mounted on metal hardware. The door hinges can be equipped with protectors which prevent the swing part of the door from removing should the door be cut out (dismantled). We manufacture plastic (PVC) doors equipped with three-point locks that ensure security and tightness. The resistant handles of the doors are fitted with a tempered steel plate which prevents the lock against drilling.

Convenient and Simple Use

Plastic (PVC) doors need only cleaning. They need neither painting nor varnishing, nor do they deform if affected by moisture. We can manufacture doors with closers. Plastic (PVC) doors can be opened outwards and inwards or made as double-hinged (wider passage is obtained when both sashes are opened). The lock cylinder can be equipped with a latch (in this case, no key is needed to lock the door from inside).

Design Options

We can manufacture plastic (PVC) doors which have the same colour and texture as that of plastic (PVC) windows. There is a wide range of plastic (PVC) doors: imitations of various species of wood, aluminium shades; we can also paint them with any colour in accordance with RAL palette. We can create an individual design of the door to harmonise cross sections, glasses of various transparency and texture, or even tailor-made stained-glass windows and fillers.
